Stylization of Nature is a traditional way of looking at the world for the First Nation peoples of Canada. This image was done in pure gold powder and acrylic, a very nontraditional mixed media First Nation piece. Geese represent stability, family and togetherness. Geese mate for life and when they lose their mate they are lost. This is the third from the series of the Sunset Geese.
